Location data is only collected during active work sessions and is accessible to company administrators and authorized managers. Field employees are notified when location tracking is active.
4. AI and Automated Features
Canvassing Made Easy uses artificial intelligence to provide features including AI Dispatch Assistant, lead qualification, outreach email drafting, and performance analytics. When using these features:
- AI processes your operational data (schedules, routes, leads) to generate recommendations and content
- AI-generated outreach drafts require explicit human approval before any email is sent
- We do not use your data to train third-party AI models
- AI features can be disabled by company administrators at any time
